  • We sell unauthorized authentic designer items. All items are made in the same factories, with the same high-quality materials and hardware as the originals. Our items are identical and include proper date tags and serial numbers.

  • All orders are placed once payment is received. We will keep all clients updated on order status and tracking. once an order is shipped from the supplier, the client will be notified. Once the item is received by Miss. Designer Plug, a tracking number will be provided through FedEx or USPS. Shipping may delay, view shipping policy for more information.

  • Due to the nature of your products, we DO NOT accept returns/refunds.

    You have 24 hours to cancel your order. If your order needs to be canceled during the 24 hour grace period there is a 7% restocking fee. After items have been started to process and/or are ready to be shipped the order cannot be canceled or issued a refund whatsoever.

  • All orders are processed within 1-10 days after a purchase is made. Once a tracking number is created, shipping may take 15-25 business days to arrive after being shipped. Shipping times may vary due to COVID, weather conditions, or holidays.

    FedEx or USPS tracking numbers, take time to be updated once shipped. Orders are shipped through respective carriers (FedEx or USPS). Once an order is received, a tracking number is created once it is shipped. When you receive a tracking number your order has officially been shipped out and is making its way to you. FedEx/USPS is responsible for their system and tracking updates. Until your tracking history is updated the shipment page will read: "Label Created, Shipment information sent to FedEx".
